Is it possible to get a refund if I change my mind?
Yes. Refunds are made only if you cancel your purchase within the first hour of making your payment. You’d have to contact us to start the refund process.
How long would it take for me to receive my results?
It’ll take up to 24 hours after the payment is submitted and confirmed. Don’t forget to reply to the instructions provided by email as soon as possible to ensure your reading is made the same day.
How does the payment process work?
Our payments are powered by Square. Major credit and debit cards are accepted. Once the payment is done, you’ll receive an email advising of further instructions to follow in order to start making the reading. Please follow this instructions closely. If you have further questions you can use the form below to contact us.
What if I want to make a reading for someone else?
Yes. You can buy a reading for another person, whether if its a partner, a relative, or a friend. You’d have to advise on the email, after the payment is made, for who is going to be the reading and provide the information on the instructions email.
Can I receive a receipt for my order?
Yes. Square will provide a receipt to your registered email after successfully completing the payment.
